It aims to influence and challenge Filipinos to love God, fellowmen, country and natural resources. Ako ay Pilipino: makaDiyos, makabayan, makatao, makakalikasan sa isip, sa salita, at sa gawa.

Ako Ay Pilipino desires to uplift the spirit of the Filipinos by bringing clarity to their true identity and destiny.

In August 2009, as Ako Ay Pilipino began to form, our country was going through a series of dramatic events from the political scene to natural calamities. And in the midst of it all, something was stirring in the air: a spark of patriotism and passion to see change in the nation. Ako Ay Pilipino comes as a timely response to Filipinos worldwide who are crying out for more.
